1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
2. Products and Services
- All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary due to seasonality and availability of flowers.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3. Delivery Policy
We will make every effort to deliver your order on the requested date and time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., heavy rain, traffic, natural disasters). In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery schedule.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our delivery person may leave the package at the door, with a neighbor, or return it to the store. We will contact you or the recipient for further instructions.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Since flowers and cakes are perishable items, we do not accept returns. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to be eligible for a refund. Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may not be refunded.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. User Comments and Feedback
If you send certain specific submissions or creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
